- Products over 48 inches may be folded for delivery in order to avoid additional handling fee, but the packing will not affect your normal use.

2. I purchase two turfs, but I only received one?

3. How to remove creases?

- Please follow our "crease solutions" and the creases will be removed.

1). The folded turf will have some creases but don’t worry, the base of the turf will be getting softened after being put direct in the sun, the crease will gradually disappear over time under the sunshine.

2). You can also use a brush to brush the grass at the crease to help the pile of grass recover quicker.

3). There is another quick way to solve this crease problem (hot water) Use hot water to water the affected area of the crease to quickly soften the lawn, and then use a brush to brush the grass in the opposite direction to make the crease disappear quickly, which will be more effective.

4. How to keep this artificial grass clean?

-Just rinse the turf with water, easily to keep it clean.
